Retorio returned to HRcoreAcademy in Amsterdam for the third consecutive year, sharing cutting-edge insights into Learning and Development (L&D) and artificial intelligence. 

Day 1 featured Dr. Patrick Oehler, Retorio’s CEO & Co-Founder, in a dynamic panel discussion on the latest L&D trends and challenges. The panel brought together diverse viewpoints, sparking engaging conversations on where the industry is heading and the transformative role of AI in shaping future L&D landscapes.

Day 2 showcased Retorio’s interactive workshop: Winning learners’ hearts - An easy guide to drive engagement, designed specifically for L&D and enablement professionals. 

This workshop delved into the psychology of learner motivation, tackling one of corporate learning’s toughest challenges: sustaining voluntary training engagement. Dr. Patrick Oehler and Martin Weber, Corporate Learning Architect at Retorio, guided participants through strategies that global enterprises use to overcome barriers, boost intrinsic motivation, and make learning more impactful with AI. 

The workshop balanced theoretical insights with practical tools, allowing participants to explore real-world applications of Retorio’s AI coaching platform. From fostering ease and relevance in learning experiences to using data-driven approaches to empower learners, the session offered valuable takeaways to transform how L&D professionals approach learner engagement.
