Retorio aims to ensure that it retains only data necessary to effectively conduct its
program activities and work in fulfilment of its mission, and retains data collected if it is needed to fulfil our product usage. After two years of user inactivity, Retorio notifies the account holder that their data will be removed from its systems on the 30th subsequent day after the notification has been sent. One day prior to the 30th day notification alert sent, Retorio will notify by email once again of the deletion of the data. At the end of the deletion date, if the user has not logged in to the account, all its data will be removed completely from its systems. In the event of a user requesting the deletion of their personal data, Retorio will trigger the deletion within the next five business days.
